akc44 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

By registering for an akc44 account, accessing the akc44 platform, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and akc44 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must cease using the akc44 platform immediately and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. akc44 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time with notice to account holders via the platform or the registered contact details on the account.

To open and maintain an akc44 account you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account. akc44 reserves the right to request documentation to verify eligibility at any point.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. akc44 does not permit players under the age of 21 to hold an account or participate in any betting or casino activity on the platform, regardless of the laws of the player's jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person registering on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts and similar organisations may not hold player accounts on akc44.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and entitles akc44 to suspend or terminate your account without notice.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling self-exclusion scheme at the time of registration or at any point during which your account remains open.
• You must hold a valid payment account in your own name — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or a bank account held at an institution such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank or Sonali Bank — for the purposes of depositing funds and receiving withdrawals.

akc44 reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification checks at any time, including at the point of a withdrawal request. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in delays to withdrawals or account suspension until verification is completed. akc44 takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously and will not process withdrawals from an account where age verification has not been completed.

Each player may hold only one akc44 account. If akc44 detects that a player holds more than one account — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, payment method, or household — akc44 reserves the right to merge or close the duplicate accounts, void any outstanding bets, and forfeit any balance or bonus associated with the duplicate account. This rule applies regardless of whether the duplicate accounts were opened with intent to abuse the platform or as a result of error.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your akc44 login credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact akc44 support immediately. The following account security practices are strongly recommended:

• Use a unique password that is not shared with any other online service. A strong password contains a mix of upper and lower case letters, numbers and symbols.
• Log out of your account when using a shared device, an internet cafe, or any device that is not your personal property.
• Review your active sessions periodically using the account security settings and close any sessions you do not recognise.
• Notify akc44 support immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. akc44 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the player has failed to safeguard their login credentials.

All deposits made to an akc44 account must originate from a payment account held in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits — meaning funds sent from a payment account belonging to another person — are not permitted and will be returned to the source account where technically possible. akc44 reserves the right to request evidence that the deposit payment account belongs to the account holder before processing a withdrawal.

The minimum deposit on akc44 is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by akc44 at the platform level, though individual payment providers such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay may impose their own transaction limits. Players are responsible for checking the limits of their chosen payment method before initiating a deposit. Deposits are processed as quickly as the payment provider's system allows; in most cases, bKash and Nagad deposits are credited to the akc44 balance within seconds.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification check. akc44 may request identity and age verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly where the account has not previously undergone verification or where the withdrawal amount exceeds certain thresholds. Players are encouraged to complete KYC verification proactively to avoid delays at the time of withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account, where technically possible. If the original payment method is no longer available, akc44 support will assist with an alternative withdrawal route.
• Funds that have been credited as bonus money are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before completing the wagering requirement will result in the bonus being forfeited. Real-money funds deposited into the account that are not part of a bonus are withdrawable at any time subject to the KYC requirements described above.
• akc44 does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals made using Bangladesh mobile banking services including bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Standard charges imposed by the payment provider themselves may apply and are outside the control of akc44.

akc44 reserves the right to delay, withhold or reverse a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, akc44 may request additional documentation and may refer the matter to the relevant authorities. Players are required to cooperate fully with any such investigation.

akc44 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible account holders, including a welcome bonus for new players, weekly reload bonuses, free spins on selected slot games, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the point of offer, and to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotional offers on akc44 unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device and per payment method. Players found to be operating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times will have all associated accounts suspended and all bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play voided.
• Bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover amount and qualifying games are specified in the individual offer terms. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, any outstanding bets voided, and any balance or winnings forfeited. akc44 reserves the right to report prohibited conduct to the relevant authorities where the conduct involves suspected criminal activity.

• Opening or attempting to open more than one account on the akc44 platform, whether under the same or different personal details, for any purpose including the exploitation of welcome bonuses or other promotional offers.
• Using software, bots, algorithms or any automated means to interact with the akc44 platform, to place bets, to exploit bonuses, or to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform itself.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, money laundering, or any other illegal source. akc44 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious transaction patterns to the relevant authorities.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any casino game or sporting event on which a bet has been placed. Any player found to be involved in match-fixing, collusion, or the sharing of insider information relating to the outcome of a sporting event will be permanently banned from the platform.
• Providing false, misleading or inaccurate information to akc44 at any point, including during registration, during a KYC verification process, or when contacting customer support. Providing false information to obtain a withdrawal is considered fraud and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

akc44 uses a combination of automated systems and manual review to detect prohibited conduct. The platform reserves the right to act on its findings at any time, including retrospectively, where evidence of prohibited conduct comes to light after a bet has been settled or a withdrawal has been processed.

All content on the akc44 platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, promotional materials and the akc44 brand name — is the intellectual property of akc44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the akc44 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the akc44 platform or its content without the prior written consent of akc44.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, akc44 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, interruption of service, or any other financial or non-financial loss, even where akc44 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. akc44's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.

akc44 does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform. Planned maintenance, technical issues, third-party provider outages, and events beyond akc44's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. akc44 will make reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible in the event of an unplanned outage and will communicate planned maintenance windows in advance where practicable.

akc44 collects, stores and processes personal data about account holders in accordance with the akc44 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering for an akc44 account you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and that you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. The Privacy Policy sets out in detail what data is collected, how it is used, how long it is retained, and what rights you have as a data subject. A copy of the Privacy Policy is available at all times on the akc44 platform.

akc44 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to these terms, akc44 will provide notice to account holders via the platform or via the contact details registered on the account, with a reasonable period of notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms you must close your account before the effective date. The date on which these Terms & Conditions were last updated is displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a player and akc44, players are encouraged to contact akc44 customer support in the first instance to attempt to resolve the matter informally. akc44 will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve complaints promptly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter may be escalated through the formal complaints procedure described in the akc44 support documentation.
